SR-836 Dolphin Expressway Interchange Improvements
Served as lead civil subcontractor for the interchange widening and realignment. Scope included 120,000 CY of earthwork, 22,000 tons of Superpave asphalt, 8,400 LF of storm drainage, and full MOT across six active lanes. Completed 14 days ahead of schedule with zero lost-time incidents.
NW 27th Avenue Roadway Reconstruction
Complete roadway reconstruction from NW 79th Street to NW 95th Street including full-depth asphalt removal, limerock base, new Type S-3 structural course and FC-12.5 friction course, ADA-compliant sidewalks, curb and gutter, and storm sewer upgrades.
Lakewood Estates Subdivision — Phase II
Turnkey site development for a 180-lot single-family subdivision in western Broward County. Scope included mass excavation (275,000 CY), lake excavation, road construction, water and sewer main installation, storm drainage, and final grading.
City of Doral — NW 87th Avenue Utility Relocation
Relocated 6,200 LF of 16" water main and 4,800 LF of 12" force main to accommodate the NW 87th Avenue widening project. Work performed in active right-of-way with full MOT, bypass pumping, and coordinated utility shutdowns.
Homestead Air Reserve Base — Apron & Taxiway
Earthwork and base construction for the reconstruction of two taxiways and a 120,000 SF aircraft parking apron. Scope included 180,000 CY of excavation, lime rock base, underdrains, storm drainage, and coordination with active military flight operations.
SW 152nd Street Water Main Extension
Installed 9,600 LF of 20" ductile iron water main along SW 152nd Street from US-1 to SW 137th Avenue, including 14 fire hydrants, 22 gate valves, connections to two existing mains, and full road restoration.
